Hi there!
I'm Matias, an illustrative designer from the Northern Basque Country.
I started to draw at a young age, but my work experience in the field of illustration and graphic design really started in 2005 when I finished my studies in Graphic Design and Publishing Production.
Since then I have been working as a freelance graphic designer making logos, artworks, gig posters, merch design and beer labels among other things, and also as an employee in various sectors of the design industry (press, prepress, packaging and sign design).
After all these different experiences, I am now familiar with the whole creative process, from the first sketch to the final product, taking care of every technical constraint for the best result possible.
I am also highly trained to review and prepare files for film and plate specifications, digital proofing, die-cutting shapes, varnish/hot stamping/embossing films, window graphics, interior and exterior signage, etc.
